$60 – available Wednesdays (or other times by appointment). Iridology is the science of reading the iris of the eye to determine where stresses are present in your body. Elisabeth Chestnut, an advanced certified iridologist, will spend about an hour with you on your first appointment, take pictures of your eyes, and give you an initial reading. Cost includes a second appointment with a followup based her study of your pictures and a written report that you can keep. Suggested nutritional and supplemental improvements are also provided. - Body Gem™ Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
$40 – available Monday through Friday. A necessity for those seriously wanting to lose weight, the Body Gem™ is a scientific instrument that measures expelled lung gasses to calculate the number of calories your body “at rest” will burn in a given day. This scientifically generated and personally calculated “burn rate” (calorie allowance) can then be adjusted by your caloric intake, amount and depth of exercise, body weight improvements, and other factors used to help you manage your weight. - Ionic Cleanse Foot Spa
$30 – available Monday through Thursday. Offered by Pat Weber. Charge up your health and discharge the toxins. This popular treatment helps the body to cope with the toxic, harmful buildup that we experience in our daily lives. Regular detoxing foot spa treatments also help strengthen our immune systems. - Chair Massage
$30 – available Tuesday and Thursday. Do you suffer from back, neck, and upper body pain? Let Rachelle work out the “kinks” for you. Session are one-half hour. - Reflexology
$35 – available Tuesday and Thursday. Rachelle does this body work through your feet. Simply the best foot therapy available. Sessions are one-half hour. - Crazy Fitness Machine
$1 Per Minute – available during all store hours. This vibrating platform machine activates your lymphatic waste disposal system, improves cardiovascular circulation, and enhances calorie burning. The literature states that ten minutes on the machine is like a 100-minute workout at the gym. Usual sessions run three to ten minutes. $25 – available Monday through Friday. Bring in a bag containing your current supplements and we’ll help you determine which are most beneficial for you (with the goal for streamlining your supplement program). - Vibe
$2 Per Minute ($10 max) – available daily. To restore the body’s optimum healing abilities, sit in front of the Vibe for two to five minutes and restore the normal vibratory energy of your cells. - OXCI
$150 initial fee and $75 for followups – available by appointment. Quantum Xeriod Consciousness Interface is a computerized biofeedback to relieve and balance stresses in the body that are contributing to disease. - Photonic Therapy

$3 for a 3-minute session – available Monday through Thursday. The session is with vibration and magnets to stimulate the eyes and eye muscles. It improves circulation and may also help sinuses.
